What is an online business manager?
Before we go any further, I wanted to address one of the main questions I’m often asked – just what exactly is an Online Business Manager? Well, an Online Business Manager is a higher level support position, typically responsible for overseeing the operations and management of a business.
An Online Business Manager will have greater experience and expertise in business strategy, systems, marketing and project management. OBMs (for short) are usually responsible for creating and implementing systems, managing teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring the overall success of a business.
I operate as an OBM / Tech VA hybrid – which means I can offer you the business management support, with a wealth of tech and systems know-how. I’m also a trained launch manager, skilled at planning and running online course / programme / membership launches.
